It has a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean, just steps from the beach. If we were any closer you'd get wet. You walk out of the building right onto the beach and choose to take a stroll up or down the beach looking for shells or swim in a calm and inviting tranquil Ocean, part of a bay. The property is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and major 24 hour super markets, medical clinic and located just 1 1/4 hr. drive from Panama City.

This unit sleeps up to 5 and is a fully equipped studio suite located in the best beachfront building in Coronado, Panama. Stay for a few nights or a few months and you will have the finest beach in Coronado just a few steps from your door with fabulous views of the Pacific and sounds of the ocean to relax by. Enjoy the roof top social area, the well equipped rooftop, air conditioned gym with ocean views. The property offers an infinity lap pool as well as a rooftop pool with fabulous lounging areas and 360 degree views of the mountains and the ocean. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay is provided except your clothes and food. We provide the rest!

The suite has a super comfortable king sized bed, desk and roller chair, large closets, oversized shower in spacious bathroom.- washer/dryer, all linens included, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated wi-fi, flat screen Smart television and large sitting area with sleeper couch. It’s actually very comfortable! The spacious balcony offers spectacular views of the safe, flat, palm lined walking beach, and a main deck social area by the infinity pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker with thermal carafe, and all cooking and serving utensils. Electric BBQ available for rent to use on your patio. Rental is offered by the building administration with advance notice.

Coronado Bay is the most desirable and prestigious building on the beach in Coronado. Coronado is a gated community and this building is known for its excellent security and amenities, all of which are yours to enjoy when you stay in one of our 3 suites.

We also have a similar adjacent suite with1 king bed in unit 402, as well as an apartment with 2 queen sized beds, which is 403. All three units are very similarly appointed and offer the same spectacular beachfront view.

Wonderful Oasis!

I love this place! So pretty, clean and comfortable. Completely 100% safe. Great building, fantastic pools and the best views. You can hear and see the ocean from every spot. More than comfortable for our family of three. Great communication with the owner every step of the way. We will be back for sure!

Pacific Paradise

The unit faced south and overlooked the ocean, which means beautiful sunshine all day. The sound of the waves relaxes like nothing else. The bars and restaurants in little town of Coronado are within walking distance and several grocery stores etc are within a couple of miles. Fresh homegrown tropical fruits are sold by local farmers on the roadsides and are cheap. The unit was as advertised and was very clean. Studio apartment with large bath/laundry, kitchen area and a space for two people to work on a computer. The area is very chill and not much going on, which is what we were looking for. If you want action, go to Disney or stay in the city. This is tropical, oceanfront living at its best. Great workout room on the 24 th floor, which also has a rooftop pool and amazing views of the area. We will be back.

Million Dollar View from Balcony

We stayed in unit #401 (on the 5th floor) for a month. The view from our private balcony was amazing. The beach is super clean and you can walk for miles on the soft black/beige sand. Cabs are easy to get, by walking down the street to the corner where Picasso’s Restaurant is located. The cabs are cheap and run frequently to take you to Reys Super Marcado which is the best for groceries. It also has the best selection of wine, beer and spirits which are sold in every corner store. There's also a Super 99 across the street. If you’re looking for Diet soft drinks we found them at Reba Smith Grocery. Just walk across the pedestrian overpass at the MacDonalds and go left. There are also 2 smaller grocery stores within a short walking distance from the condo near the church. We ate at Picasso’s frequently and the food there is cheap and good. There is also an Italian Restaurant (Luna Rossa) around the corner which is also excellent. The water is safe to drink in Panama and we drank it for the entire month with no issues. Elise met us at the condo and was quick to respond when we had an issue with the internet. Be sure to print out a tide schedule so you can follow when it's low or high tide. They're crazy to watch. The only disappointment was while there is a small toaster oven in the kitchen, there was no Grill (ie: George Foreman Grill) and there was no BBQ (as in video, they are no longer permitted in this building). Only movie channels were with Netflix so you will need your own password to access. Overall Coronado Bay is safe and our experience was amazing and we will definitely return one day.

Amazing view and property!

Everything about this property was perfect. The owners met us for check in and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and well informed about the place and the area. The unit had everything we needed and more with all the right little details and the view and location are amazing. We loved the experience so much we came back and stayed again on the same trip. We would rent this unit every time when visiting Coronado thank you Rudi and Elise you’re the best!

The suite is located on the 5th floor of a 6 story building, Total privacy, yet fully accessible to everything in a super secure building with excellent staff.

The property is located within a few minutes of the Coronado Mall, 24 hour supermarkets and medical center. There are a variety of entertainment hotspots nearby including restaurants, bars, casino and the Coronado Golf Club. There are a number of restaurants within a short walking distance from the building. We are only a one hour drive from Panama City and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Panama Tocumen International Airport. We can arrange private air conditioned reliable transportation for you.
