The iron has been forged in the facility in Hiroshima, Japan from a single billet of 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel, where Mizuno irons have been produced since 1968. Engineered with a microlayer of copper beneath the Nickel Chrome finish to provide the pure soft feel which has been made famous by the legendary TN87.

Complete with High-Density Grain Flow Forging to give you a soft and pure feel on every shot, with the integrated power of Chromoly with a Flow Micro-Slot. This completely new tech delivers a thinner face thickness of just 2.4mm thinner to enable you to unlock more ball speed performance from a compact tour profile..

The Pro 223 iron is designed for added distance but with a Tour-inspired profile. It has a sleeker compact appearance for the Tour player, with a precisely bevelled back edge to accommodate the Micro Slot.
