This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. I love everything about it. It’s clean, it’s in a wonderful area, they have rooms with nice ocean views. The only change I wish they would make: please put a trash can in the bathroom.

This is a wonderful place for a vacation. There are many places to eat within walking distance. It’s very close to the pier and it is right on the beach.

Staying here was great!! Lovely property right on the beach. Easy walking and gated parking lot. Harder if you have a very large vehicle, but we did fine in a rental 4Runner.

Took a staycation at this location. Hidden little gem amongst all the bigger hotels in the area. Right on the beach. The staff go above and beyond to help with any situation. Love this place!!

Convenient & comfortable
We weren't sure what to expect... but we're glad we chose this location! Convenient to a lot of things: the Pier, the Top Gun House, and lots of dining & shops. We walked to plenty of nearby spots. It's not new & fancy, like the Seabird or Mission Pacific down the block. But we found our room to be spacious and comfortable... and VERY CLEAN, which is super important to my partner. For parking, we opted for the street permit. And we were lucky to find plenty of street parking nearby during our stay (early Dec). We only had one issue in our room: our TV remote didn't work. We made 2 calls to the front desk, and they came by with batteries, which fixed the problem. I appreciated the kitchenette in our room, as well as the convenient walk down the stairs to the ocean front. I also appreciated the free coffee/beverage machine in the lobby, which was available until 10:30 AM each morning. For the price we paid, I definitely think it was worth the value, and I'd consider staying here again in the future.

Horrible customer service, bad outdated rooms
Shower was broken, water leaking from the handle, plus the head broke apart on touch. Went to the front desk and they said they did not have anybody to fix it, and no empty rooms. So unable to take a shower. When checking out, it turns out they had multiple free rooms available, so we were lied too.
