We were upgraded for free to an ocean view room. Wonderful room. 2 faucets - great for a couple. Spacious room with little “trays” on each side of the bed for phone, watch, etc. Excellent size balcony. And the staff was EXCELLENT. Will definitely be back!

I have to go down stairs for 20 floor because a lady got stuck in the elevator. After that I got super burned in the sun because I was not able to go back to my room to get sun protection. Food was a little pricey in the cafeteria for what it was. Beach very dirty. Service at the pool super slow. $20 to watch a movie at your room. More expensive than going to theaters. Lol
