Lovely experience and decor throughout. I enjoyed access to the executive lounge that had snacks, drinks, and a space to do some work on my laptop. Their line of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, Kessler, smells the best! I forgot to ask about buying some to take home with me :(

Wonderful stay at the GB! The decor is very fun/ funky. Búho is a great place to kick the night off w/ a tasty cocktail or two. GBs located close to so many great places to eat/drink/ watch a game. Above all what stood out to me about the GB was the excellent service.

Person checking us in was not friendly. Was not sure of the service the gentleman by the elevator provided I am assume the lady who checked us in should have explained but again she was not friendly.
