Our room was clean and so was the hotel which is most important to me. The day of arrival the front desk was very accommodating and let us check in early. There were no towels or conditioner in our bathroom. We had to ask 2x before we received them in the evening. Beach (sand) is super tiny. No chairs except weekends for $50. If you ask, they will give you small, thin beach towels. Small pool, hot tub not hot or running. Was told outdoor bar not open but can purchase alcohol inside and bring it out but bar inside doesn't open till 5pm.Not enough chairs around pool for guests. Surrounding area not very nice. Next door is a large frame of a hotel that was destroyed by the hurricane of 2022? No place to walk to except maybe the shopping center across the street.(Didn't go) Was advised by our Uber driver not to walk down the other end of the street at night. Not safe. Have not been to Daytona in over 20 years and I must say it was not what I remembered. Quite run down and depressing. I would not come back to this area in the future.
