We spent 13 nights at this resort and every day was better than the last. Comfortable air conditioned rooms and the cleaning staff kept our room clean each day. The resort is quiet with a beautiful beach front where we spent a good majority of our time enjoying the sea. We walked the beach to Porto Morelas which took about an hour and found the beach there to be magnificent with the coral reef and the turquoise sea. Many food options each day, we particularly enjoyed their beef and seafood options. The Japanese restaurant provided a chef at the table and prepared a wonderful meal. There is poolside and seaside service for drinks and we appreciated the attention Antonio provided to us.

This was an amazing experience Angie was extremely helpful during our stay. The presentation for the upgrade to privileged was awesome with Yesina. The lobby bar with Renaldo was awesome. I would definitely recommend this resort if you just want have fun and enjoy yourself. Its not top notch but its great.

Excellent property for the price. Plenty of pools, finding a chair was not difficult, lots of activities to do for small children (you know how important that is if you're traveling with kids in tow), plenty of dining options; good food etc. If there is one thing to say is that there is no feeling of luxury anywhere at this property so it's not a 5 star or even 4 ¹/² but if you're OK with that (and you should be when you compare their prices to one of the real 5 star hotels in the area), it's perfectly adequate for a comfortable, safe, enjoyable 4 star stay. Highly recommend!

Exceptional lobby bar staff: Hilda Antonio Gustavo Henry Mateo Mario Vitalino Try a Banana Daiquiri or a blended lime margarita!! Yum!! Best time ever! Thank you to all 🙏 Also shout out to Alexis at Route 66!! Quite the character :) Tried almost every restaurant we could multiple times! Always had great food, no complaints there! Staff is fabulous. Food was great and plenty of choices. Never shortage of pool chairs. The daily entertainment was excellent and super awesome people doing it. The evening shows were so good!!
