No information about the hotel in the room, such as dinning options etc.
The phone in room does not connect to any services, perhaps reception but they were too busy to pick up with a massive group check-in.
Took forever to find menu on website, but then was told at reception that I had to go down stairs to order food from the bar. The menu there was completely different and much more expensive.
Restaurant could not charge food to room had to pay separately. Food was extremely good though, exceeded expectations.
Parking is good but expensive , lifts directly down from room to carpark make it very easy.
Front desk people nice and friendly.
My major issue was that the pillows provided in the room aren’t pillows, just some air and feathers in some fabric, and only one per person. Simply put, they just couldn’t be called pillows. If you need neck support to sleep, this is not the place for you. Also, the room was always warm, even with a/c on minimum and max fan. This was in May with low 20s Celsius outside temps.
Overall, clean room, nice bath, was upgraded to comfort room with free minibar which was nice.
But overall, the pillows and room temp really let this place down.
