Clean, very friendly, and helpful staff but you could hear guest walking by when talking in the hallway. Stayed on the first floor and can hear foot steps from the floor above, that is why I rated them 3.

This was a great stay in Williams! Very quiet and safe. Walkable to pretty much everything in Williams. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely would return.

The hotel was nice. The bathroom was on the small side. The breakfast was good. On our last night it snowed and when we were getting ready to leave the next morning the ramp to the hotel was very slippery to go down with our luggage. It would have been nice if someone had shoveled the snow. We were thankful for the scrapers to remove the snow from our car and windows that were available at the front desk.

This place was a lot better than I expected specially for the price. The breakfast was fully stacked. The only thing, I would open the Jacussi earlier like 7:AM:)

There were children running and yelling in the hallways, disturbing other guests. The waffle iron in the breakfast room was broken. The elevator was so dirty, our shoes stuck to the floor, and the landing on the east end of the second floor was the same. The property just didn't feel clean.
