Kevin and KiKi are Awesome, the we wish the landshark grill offered more food like a Margaritaville Restaurant, The property is clean and comfortable, Parking Sucks, the Valet parking @ $32 or 39 is Ridiculous with the price ofthe rooms, at the beach entrance and down on the beach in front of Margaritaville, too many homeless maybe or maybe rough locals back packing seem to be homeless hanging out there asking for money, they all have a story....... but we love Margaritaville

The Margaritaville hotel is beautiful and the restaurant had large portions and strong drinks. The beach is clean and quiet. The staff was not great unfortunately. The first room we were assigned was already occupied, and I'm so grateful the occupants were not in the room when we entered and saw their belongings about. The staff was unconcerned when we lugged our things back down stairs and told them the situation. We checked out before 6am, we were not aware that valet was closed, and the front desk attendant was quite visibly annoyed with us needing to retrieve our car. I would visit the restaurant again, but not stay in the hotel.

Nice property for visiting Jacksonville. Restaurant staff is great. Rooms are nice and cleaned well. Only downside is parking, you’re either paying for city parking or valeting your vehicle. Overall still great experience.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were very nice size but not a lot of drawer space. Loved the beach decor. A/C was a bit noisy when it turned on. If you did not have your room serviced when they came by in the AM they never came back to do it.

Valet left us standing there while they helped other people that arrived after us. Room was supposed to be OOO so we had to move to another room after checking. Gift shop buying sunscreen had to wait for a manager because it would not ring up. Dinner the waitress forgot to put on or dinner order after our appetizer so we sat there for a while. Then we were charged twice for our room. Not the best experience from every single department at the hotel.

We adored this hotel. They have a great bar and restaurant on site plus many more choices within walking distance. Parking is an issue and pricey. The room was huge and very clean. Will most definitely return!
