The property is perfect for a get away as we desired. The majority of buildings around the resort are residential so the beach is mainly for the resort but and the other beach areas are fairly empty with tourists packing it. It’s also a very quiet area. The pool and the beach area are convenient for relaxation. The restaurant was pricey so we didn’t try it on this trip. More regular cleaning would have been good for the pool area , some common areas and the gym. It just needed some more daily cleaning. The staff were helpful and nice. The valet system worked nicely, better than I had thought it would. You have to request your room to be cleaned on an app. Do it immediately. When we tried to request a cleaning, there were no options available for us. Overall we had a great time with a great view of the beach. We would like to return, we enjoyed it that much.

Love the hotel, rooms, pool and beachside. What a beautiful view of the ocean! The staff was rude and non-accommodating with the exception of one of the female staff who helped reprogram our room keys. Garbage was overflowing at garbage cans around pool and in lobby. Empty beer cans & cocktail glasses sat around pool area for hours and no one picked them up. Broom swept lobby, walkways and dining area daily. Consistently ran out of beach towels over the 4-day stay and had to wait up to 10-20 minutes until new towel supply several times. It’s such a beautiful hotel but unfortunately the staff ruined
