We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our first night there was a wedding that went till 10:30. We were right on the beach, bottom floor. It being a resort and us paying a $70 resort fee we assumed it was a private beach for the resort. Pretty sure it was a public beach. Which made us feel a little unsafe being on the bottom floor. People walked across our patio a few feet from the window giving us no privacy unless we kept our curtains closed. Our second day there after we ate lunch, we went back to our room and was having a little siesta before we where going to go out to the patio to enjoy the beach and woke up to people sitting in our chairs on the patio. Creepy. When my husband asked them to leave the man was rude and said that we weren’t using them. Then turned his back to my husband ignoring him. He, my husband told him that it was our room and we are the ones paying for it and we were coming out. Asking them to vacate our patio. They waited till he actually went out and was quite rude about it. Moving a few feet away and standing in our view of the beach. When I went out his wife’s jacket and purse was still in the other chair. I forgot my water so when I came back it was gone. They finally left with the big group of people they where with that took over the entire beach.
The rest of the place though was great. They give you a s'mores kit to cook over the open fire pits. The food at the restaurants is amazing. Oh and we really enjoyed the DJ. She was amazing.
