The staff was amazing. Shout out to the front desk team members Moesha, Jaz, and Chad. They were always available to assist, made great suggestions, and made our stay very pleasant. The facilities were clean and functioned as expected. The location was perfect! Walkable to dining and the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were also kid-friendly which was important to us because we traveled with our 4yr old. Overall a great experience. We will be back soon!

Weird to have a kitchen but no skillets, spatulas, pitchers, etc. only 1 fork- requested more - but never got them. And NO big trash can only little one in bath and living room. The pool was not cleaned in the 7 days we were there. The hot tub was dirty and barely warm not usable as a hot tub. The laundry facilities were stinky- sour like terrible awful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby was extremely nice. Cool-aide- tea and coffee in the lobby was nice.

I like that the propert was on the beach. Our first room had roaches! And the balcony door was stuck shut. Our second hotel room was okay but still had its issues. The bathroom toilet wasn’t tight to the ground and rocked and house keeping would take forever to get towels

Had an odor coming from bathroom like backed up septic. Other than making the bed on the third day nothing else in the room got cleaned. We had to empty our own trash. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The ocean view was nice but for the money we'll stay someplace else next year.

Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else. The property is on beachfront, which is a plus. The property is worn down and needs maintenance. The gym’s air conditioning is a sauna, and the management did not seem to give a damn when brought to their attention. Expedia and the hotel had a different price point from what the hotel charged, which is something that you should be cautious, as I was overcharged from what Expedia quoted.

Our door wouldn't lock. We had to slam the door every time we came in or left. There was sand on the floor. There were towels enough for 2 people. We had to go and get more towels before all three of us could take a shower and that was just the first night. Check in and out was wonderful. The room was great other than the things I listed above. I would stay again to see how the next room was.

This property offers so much for a getaway. Kitchen, with all the utensils you need, a balcony with amazing beach views, comfortable beds and youre near anything and everything for eats, grocery shopping and plenty of places to shop for souvenirs and whatever else you desire. Will definitely be back!

Likes: spacious, ac worked well, bedding seemed clean Dislikes: unclean, needed a good proper cleaning, overall fresh paint would work wonders for this property. fixtures needs cleaned, bannisters dirty, mattress uncomfortable. We sprayed Lysol all over if that tells you anything. the trash on 3rd floor near elevator sat full for two days attracting bugs and foul odors. Became ill after 24hrs of using tap water for hot tea. We left a day early, it was not our best stay for sure.
