We loved how modern and clean the property was. The only struggle was parking, but we figured it out. It's a pay lot behind the hotel ($45 per day). It gets pretty full during the day. No valet option. Great free breakfast and staff was friendly and accommodating.

This property is newly renovated yet, they saved a lot of the iriginal features of the building. While it wont be for everyone the original wood beams are anazing to behold, they arent exactly in thr best places, but still you can see the history on each one of them.

The hotel was beautiful and so close to everything. The staff was extremely nice. Joel was very helpful and patient with us. The coffee in the room was Cafe Dumond K-cups, and it was soooo good. The Taras on the 8th floor showed the city and the river. The first-floor pool area was very relaxing. The free continental breakfast (M-F) was also excellent. I would definitely come back to this place.

We loved the hotel. My husband and I only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. We had a king room with a large bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very nice. The hotel was very closes to everything, but just far enough away not to be noisy to sleep. We will defiantly come back.

Parking 45 night , you have to repay every night, staff told us we had extended stay. 5 minutes, not kidding, no room cleaning for 5 nights, you have to ask..rooms are nice and modern however, you can walk to most places easily.

The only thing that was not excellent was the continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday of our stay. One11 was in a great location and we were able to walk to all the restaurants where we made reservations. The staff were superb. We would book One11 again for a future stay.

This is an amazing restored old sugar mill that includes original facets of the building that lends it a great deal of charm. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was walking distance to everything you don’t need a car. Parking is not free, you do have to pay to park everywhere. The housekeeper didn’t clean every day like we liked, but nice spot to stay .
