Great quintessential French Quarter building, great location, very walkable to all of French Quarter. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but everything you need.

Adel was wonderful and helpful. The guest in the room next to me in the cottage were pound and fighting constantly. Other than that it was a great stay.

Although I liked the historical nature of the property and the unique character of each room, it fell short in many aspects including A/C that blew lukewarm air, a TV that didn't work (which I reported to staff but they didn't even attempt to fix it), the lock on the main door to the room required a lot of jostling to function and I wasn't even able to exit the room at one point without a friend opening it for me from the outside, and overall uncleanliness (clumps of pet hair, pet dander on the bed, dirty floor/window areas).

Hotel St Pierre is a older property. It's not fancy and not modern, that's It's charm. I've stayed there 3 times and will definitely be making it a fourth in the near future. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
