I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites located in Rapid City, SD for the 4th time and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish every stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly settled into my beautifully appointed room with a stunning view. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly impressive - from the luxurious bedding to the exquisite decor, every aspect of the room was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's social nights, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The breakfast is also absolutely amazing. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful pool area that provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of work. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. It was easy to check in and the room was clean. It was nice to have a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and sink in the kitchen area, as well as lots of cabinets. There were dishes for 3 (our reservation number). It was so easy to stay with our dog, and they had two areas for our dog outside as well as a water bowl and treats at the entrance. They offer a light touch housekeeping M-F, however we missed it during the week Thursday and Friday apparently even though we were out of our room before 10am both days. And it was unfortunate to not have housekeeping offered on the weekend either. So we had to use the same towels and everything for 5 days. The breakfast was convenient and offered many choices. The people running breakfast were very nice. They rotated hot choices daily, though we did have to heat up food in our microwave to feel warm enough. There were lots of fruit choices. The make your own waffles were the best. We enjoyed coffee at any time. The fitness center was nice. The pool was too cold and crowded on the weekend, but the hot tub was hot. At no fault of the hotel, some of the guests were loud, stomping and rude. We could hear our upstairs neighbors and some running in the hallway. There were enough linens and pillows for all of us. I would say this was a superior stay to other hotels I have been in. I would have liked more housekeeping, but at least it started with plenty of amenities and we were left alone.
