Friendly staff - at least from the four people I spoke to. A younger staff member offered to help carry my bags. Never had that in the North...only in the South. It wasn't an empty gesture, she had her arms out ready to help. I also received a text from the manager to ensure I was taken care of. Follow up to a conversation we had.

Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Light coming in window and curtains were fasten so the would not close. Went to the lounge for a drink, $25.00 and my wife couldn't drink hers it was so bad.
