This new property with both an RV park and tiny homes and classic airstreams to rent is overall a lovely design, directly on the river, has walking trails, and a very cute downtown area full of restaurants close by. Upon booking, the communication with the property was quick, efficient and pleasant. We had two reservations, one for an RV spot and one for a tiny home on the river. The RV experience was a flawless and enjoyable. however, there was a serious cleanliness issue with the tiny home. No one responded to the after-hour contact information provided until almost 5 AM. By then we had reserved and moved to a local hotel. The general manager of the property was not available until after 10 AM to discuss the situation. In summary, this is an amazing new property That still has work to do with both housekeeping, and after hours communication.

Camp Eddy was such a cute spot to stay! Walking along the river every day was the best way to wrap up our evening. Our airstream was clean and neat, the community room and lobby were accessible and had everything we needed nearby, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. And it was so dog friendly! I really hope to be staying here again next year!

The airstream was done up really nice and the view of the river and mesas was excellent!

Airstream was not the cleanest and I could tell they aren’t deep cleaned. Dead flys by the window, dirt and dust in the storage areas, floors my socks black. It’s a cute little area but obviously not well kept.
