Check in was quick and directions to the room were easy to follow. Room was quiet even though we were right next to the freeway. Disappointed by the flimsy condition of the room coffee maker. There was fresh coffee in the lobby. Proximity to several restaurants and fast food locations including a Black Bear diner were appreciated.

This property was disgusting and full of black mold the room was not cleaned and i tried to tell the maid and manager who refused to do anything about it. How about fire your horrible staff that doesnt clean right instead of ban a high risk pregnant person and her service dog after paying thousands there. They have no respect at all and im very disappointed in their crap service

This is the worst hotel experience we’ve had and we aren’t that picky! I took pics of the mold in bathroom, disgusting finger printed walls dirty carpet, holes in wall, dirty coffee maker and filthy air vent.
