About this property

10 minutes to Lake Monroe. 20 minutes to Brown County. Surrounded by trees on a less traveled road with comfy beds!!!! It has all of the amenities you should need!! Fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a gas grill on the deck overlooking the pine trees!
This is a cabin in the woods. It’s not the Hilton. There may be a bug that gets in. I do my best to keep them away but it’s nature !
I am flexible so if something doesn't fit your stay please ask and I will do my best to help you!! This is an outstanding location to enjoy southern Indiana!

Christmas on the Ridge

Beautifully situated in the trees on top of Lampkins Ridge. The dogs had a great time exploring the woods. The house is so cozy. Just a wonderful and perfect peaceful Christmas. Thank you

Amazing Place

My daughter and I were looking for a cabin to get away from the noise and just relax. Even though we only stayed one night this place did not disappoint. DoorDash even delivered there. Will definitely book again in the Spring. Alexandra was awesome and very accommodating.

Peaceful house

We enjoyed our 1 night stay in this cabin! The deck is very peaceful and a great place to relax in the morning. Check in was a little confusing as the key wasn't where the instructions said it would be, but we found it. There was a little pressure to hurry and check out early, as well as some cleaning instructions despite paying a cleaning fee, but overall, this is a nice spot!

Beautiful Cabin

This is a great cabin located very close to Bloomington. Highly recommended for a rustic getaway close to all of the action in Bloomington!

I am from Seymour Indiana and went to Indiana University in Bloomington. I loved Bloomington so much I decided to stay. I have 4 children and 2 golden retrievers. I love the photography, hiking, wine, and enjoying the outdoors !

Why they chose this property

This house is the perfect spot for a girls getaway... couples getaway... fishing trip for guy.... IU Football Games.... IU Basketball Games... visiting your kids or friends at IU !!! You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the deck with pine trees surrounding you while you are minutes from town where there are plenty of great bars and restaurants ! This house is in the woods .. not secluded but away from lights and traffic .. you may not have all of the amenities of a house in town but the trade off is worth it !!
