Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal and very popular for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, multi-generational families, yet it offers the peace and quiet for a romantic couples get-a-way. Because of it's downtown location, it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in Bond Park. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, travertine tile--everything to make your stay relaxing.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the livings areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.

The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo, lotion and make-up remover towelettes. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park, and a crock pot if you want a warm meal waiting for you when you return from a long hike. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.

Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.

Please plan to bring your own reusable water bottles. Estes Park has award-winning water, and we hope you'll enjoy it's freshness. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we discourage you from purchasing water in single-use plastic bottles.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

Nice condo

Condo was spacious, parking lot across the street was not good during the day, most of the time full. Parking garage down the street was available with shuttle. The hosts were great to work with!

Perfect location in Estes Park

This condo was perfect for our week in Estes Park. We had everything we needed and it was like our home away from home. The condo was very spacious and well furnished. After a long day of hiking in the mountains it was a nice place just to kickback n relax on the deck overlooking the Big Thompson River. Another nice perk was all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We look forward too our return with our kids the next time we visit Estes Park.

Scott & Karen Thompson live and work in Estes Park; Scott as a real estate consultant and Karen as his unlicensed assistant. We have lived in Estes Park 14 years, but like many, have been visiting the area since childhood. We sincerely enjoy hosting guests, giving them a quality place to stay and information they need to make their vacation pleasant. The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park have so much to offer, and we are blessed to live here year-round. Giving back to the community is important to us, and we especially enjoy volunteering for local events like Elk Fest, Catch the Glow Parade, and the Estes Park Duck Race. We have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson and enjoy hiking and serving others in our spare time.
