About this property

Our two bedroom 3 bath condo is a large (2200 square feet), comfortable unit located right on the beach in El Anclote. Steps from one of the best family friendly surfbreaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home! Our condo building (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The restaurant located in our bullding provides super dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street.

The unit has a complete kitchen with top level appliances so if cooking is your thing -- you've got the tools to do it! The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. There is a guest bath located in between as well. Our unit has a sound system to hook up to your electronic devices, wi-fi, and televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. Individual air conditioners in each room allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking. We have an Apple TV device and even left a few of our favorite DVD's for viewing!

Save a money on rentals because our unit offers a complete recreation package for the ocean -- we have various sizes of booties for tidepooling or playing in the ocean, 2 boogie boards, various snorkeling equipment for 4, 2 standup paddleboards, and surfboards for use as our guests. We even have some lifevests for children if needed.

We are located in a small condo building (that used to be run as a hotel) on the beach in Punta de Mita. Punta de Mita is the small town just outside of the Four Seasons Punta Mita resort area. Our little town has everything you need for an adventurous or relaxing vacation. Great restaurants, small market and some unique shops. We are just an hour away from Puerto Vallarta International airport. You will enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace (we are on the second floor) and will be able to enjoy people watching as boats take off from the anchorage right in front. All water sports are available from surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing and even scuba diving or spear fishing!

Our concierge team can help you set up any sort of adventure or luxury you desire -- from a meal prepared by a chef in the unit to horseback riding, ziplining, atv adventures and more! Our unit is independently managed so all services will be provided independently -- things like housekeeping, laundry, and airport transportation if desired.

The apartment was well appointed and very spacious. The location couldn't be better. You can easily walk to all of the restaurants and shopping locations in town. The hosts communicate well and are very helpful. When we return, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Awesome spot for a family vacation

We just returned from a stay in Punta de Mita and highly recommend this beachfront condo. It looked exactly like the pics; actually, it was nicer than it looked in the photos. You cannot beat the setting -- the balcony overlooks the ocean, you can hear the waves (gently) all night, and we could see migrating whales in the distance. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked (although we did have to do a little trial & error with the oven). We could pre-order groceries so we had everything stocked when we arrived. Beds were comfy, bathrooms had nice showers, there's a closet filled with everything you need for the beach, including surfboards! It's a great location - right at the top of a cute little strip of shops & restaurants. The building has a fantastic beach-front restaurant called Tuna Blanca right on the ground floor, if you want a fancy night out. The rooftop pool is warm and pretty, with a great view. There are chairs in the shade and the sun, a fun bar where you can get drinks & snacks, and a beautiful breeze. There's also a smaller pool right by the beach. You can relax poolside in nice chairs/umbrellas, or take a dip in the ocean, then hose off and swim in the pool. The beach itself is a little rocky, so you'll want water shoes, but very swimmable. Conch in the beach shack can hook you up with surf lessons (we recommend Adam & Felix for beginners), SUPs, etc. Frank & Michelle are great hosts. Great communication & experts on the area. We would stay again!

Pure relaxation

What a wonderful property in the middle of all the amenities. It was wonderful to be able to walk the beach and to the shops without hassle. The property is very comfortable with everything you need. Enjoy!

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Punta de Mita. The condo was perfect, beautiful, well- equipped, clean, comfortable and inviting. We have visited Punta Mita for over 20 years, returning back each year and paddling and surfing. We stayed in several different locations throughout Nayarit (all along the ocean) and when we had the opportunity to purchase this condo, we jumped at it! We love the liveliness of the area, the perfect view of the surf and the friendly people of the area. As paddleboard surfers, there is nothing better than just tumbling out the door and into the surf in your front yard! This is us celebrating an anniversary at Tuna Blanca -- the restaurant below the condo!

Why they chose this property

Not only is our condo beautifully furnished but it is comfortable and you only have to walk in, straight through to the patio, make yourself a margarita, settle onto the sofa and you are in the vacation state of mind -- we call it "Punta Head" -- sun, surf and fun!

What makes this property unique

Included in our rental is the use of 2 standup paddleboards, two soft top surfboards, two regular surfboards and boogie boards. This will save you the cost of rentals.
