Beautiful Villa

Had a wonderful, chilled holiday in this lovely house. Terrace has full sun all day as does the pool. House is so comfortable, fully stocked with books and a few games of the kids are travelling with you...pool table and card games. Excellent communication between the owner and the care taker. House located on a hillside so it's good for working off the evening meal on the way home. Pool lovely, hot tub lovely, everything lovely! Thank you.

Location, location, location

After our original plans fell through we were lucky enough to get this property last minute. We know Puerto del Carmen well and always stay near the old town so this was perfect for us. A family of 8 with ages from 13 through to 70 everyone loved it. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was just enough for a cool down dip after a day at the beach and you are only a 5 min walk from the old town harbour and Lidl. Really recommend playa chicca over all the other beaches and we only ate at the old town restaurants so can't compare to the strip. Tina the owner and Nikki the house keeper were both very welcoming and in constant communication so if there had been any issues I am confident that they would resolve quickly, however everything was perfect. Wonderful Family vacation house

Wonderful stay with our family of 5. Nikki the property manager was great and attentive. I would recommend this place for any family looking for a place tha meets everyone's needs. Pool, hot tub, billirds and a projector in the basement. We loved it!

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic spotless property in a great location exactly as was listed on the website. The beds were of excellent quality as were the pillows I would say of hotel quality which we were delighted with. Pool and hot tube are spotless and well maintained. A special mention to the lovely Nikki and her son Jack were so helpful to us. Tina the owner was also very helpful and responsive to any queries we had prior to going on holiday. We would love to stay in this lovely house again.

We and have enjoyed many holidays at the villa while the children have grown up and our lovely housekeeper Nikki always keeps the villa lovely and fresh for everyone.

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking.It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach,shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

What makes this property unique

The Villa has easy and quick access to the beach,shops and restaurants.
It feels very private and homely with all mod cons,including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms,basement which also sleeps up to four,two bathrooms and separate WC.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment.There is a large selection of films and books to enjoy.
We have a small private pool with separate jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view.
Private balcony upstairs off the master bedroom great for escaping with a good book or watching the sun go down with cocktails.
