This well appointed bungalow is built on the old lifeboat station situated approx. 30 meters from the beach on the Moray Firth where from the comfort of your cottage one will be able to see the famous Bottle Nosed Dolphins and otters as they swim past, there are nesting ospreys and falcons close by, free fishing from the bay opposite the property.

Rosemarkie is ideally situated for touring the Highlands with most of the main tourist attractions including the Isle of Skye, the ferry, fishing port of Ullapool and Inverewe Gardens are an easy drive away.

Local amenities include golf at the local course which is a few hundred yards away and other fine courses e.g. Castle Stuart Golf Links in the area, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, puddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing & exploring beaches in the area, trips on Loch Ness can be made from Inverness

On the beach

The property is in a great location and has a great view, the people were very friendly and Crofters down the road is well worth a visit. The property had everything that you needed and was very comfortable. We saw dolphins from the driveway.

The property is in a lovely location with a view of the sea. You can hear the sea which is great. The property itself is quite tired and could do with some TLC. Overall a good stay.
