Our family is fully immersed in the beautiful city we call home and we live a short five minutes away. We want you to enjoy the home as much as we did and look forward to hosting your adventure in Tampa! We love everything about our great city which is one of the reason we've chosen to turn our former family home into place all families can enjoy it. When we are not home we spend much of time enjoying "staycations", exploring on our boat, lounging at the beach or attending the endless events of Tampa.

This house has everything you need to enjoy your Tampa stay and feel right at home. The home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2016 including all new appliances, flooring, A/C, pool pump and more. It's been freshly redecorated in April 2018 with new and updated furnishings so nothing is worn out or feels outdated. This house is very special to us and we've given attention to detail on every front
What makes this property unique
Pool, jacuzzi tub in guest bathroom, game room with pool table, ping pong table, dart board, flat screen TV's, dead end quiet street and all new linens with modern clean crisp feel to the decor. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, gas range, sleek cabinets, all new appliances and new flatware. LUSH backyard and mature landscaping that support our abundant bird population including parakeets!
