An urban premium vacation rental, the Medley Bungalow sits in the center of all that Dallas, TX has to offer. This well-appointed 2 BD/2 BR house is located in the unique Bryan Place Neighborhood nestled in the shadow of downtown Dallas. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere, overall design, convenient location, and a high level of community involvement.

Guests of the Medley Bungalow will experience all the modern comforts of home with a boutique hotel design feel. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed. The main bathroom has all the premium upgrades including Carrera marble floors, rain shower head over a cast iron tub. The living room has a spacious feel and is open to the fully equipped dine-in Kitchen with all Kitchen Aid appliances. The Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is right off the Kitchen. While the backyard size is in-line with any downtown real estate expectation, it provides a causal outdoor living spot including a custom outdoor dining table that seats eight.

COVID-19 Response - our cleaning routine includes cleaning and disinfectant practices based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We keep the property stocked with the same products used in-between guest stays for use by the guest during your stay.

Very nice house close to downtown

The house was very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, and it was close enough to downtown that commuting was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in well-equipped bungalow

We had an excellent time staying at in Dallas. We arrived late and we incredibly pleased that anything we’d need early in the morning was already available (coffee, milk, bananas). Tony was available any time we needed him. Wifi was good (we worked remotely during our stay). The neighborhood was quiet and there were tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again.

We've found our Dallas vacation home!

The downtown location is great! The home was clean and fully accessible. The property manager, Anthony, was great to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed, while also respecting our privacy. This is where I plan to stay on every return trip to Dallas!

Perfect weekend getaway location

We had a great time staying at the Medley Bungalow. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (never drove more than 10 minutes to all of our activities, even in Dallas traffic)! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. Huge plus that it was pet friendly and we got to have our little babies with us! We will definitely stay here next time!
