The second floor is the main living area with kitchen, dining room, living room. The third floor has a large master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, step-in shower, and double vanity sink. Also on the third floor is a small bedroom (8'x12') with a twin bed that has a pull-out twin trundle. Finally, there is a fourth floor with a full size bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

There are 4.5 bathrooms. In addition to the two private bathrooms that are in the master bedrooms, there is a full bathroom on the ground level, a bathroom with a shower on the fourth floor, and a half bath on the second floor where the kitchen and living room are.

This home was beautifully remodeled. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer. The bathrooms are updated with granite countertops, new lights, new fixtures. The house also has multiple decks to enjoy the outdoors - a balcony in the front off the living room, a balcony in the back off the kitchen, and a sun-lounging deck in the backyard updated with a hot tub, chairs, and gas grill.

You will love the location. Croatan is an upscale, residential neighborhood. It has some vacation homes for rent, but there are also many residents who make this their permanent home. This makes Croatan a quieter vacation spot than the resort strip. The beach itself is also less crowded than the resort strip. And surfers love Croatan because there are two designated surfing areas. There are several nice restaurants to choose from at nearby Rudee Inlet and by virtue of being on this end of the beach, you're also closer to the Virginia Marine Science Museum and Ocean Breeze Water Park.
