The Summit is one of the first beach resorts in Panama City Beach becoming the model for everyone else to though its 24 years old it offers more amenities than most featuring a gated entrance, 24 hour security, two Olympic beachside pools, exercise room, game room, saunas, beach store, jet ski rentals, poolside Tiki Bar, ice cream shop, gift shop,food mart, & internet cafe, two outside hot tubs, inside hot tub, shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts, and a playground for the kids.

Beautifully decorated and appointed condo on the 11th floor with sweeping views of the gulf waters. The unit features accommodations for up to 5 guests with a King bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a bunk bed. It has fully-equipped kitchen, linens/towels and startup toiletries, clock radio, washer/dryer set. Enjoy complimentary wireless high-speed internet access and TV cable channels. The huge balcony is great for relaxing after a great day on the beach.

That VIEW!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning and the place was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time. The pools and hot tubs were perfect as was the beach! We would be happy to stay again!

Nice trip

First time staying at The Summit in Panama City Beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent! The condo was as described. Cute condo. The most comfortable king size bed! The resort itself was nice. The only complaint I could have was the elevators. They were crowded and 2 of them didn't work. The pools were excellent. The Bar and grill had good cheap food and the tiki bar was awesome!! The bartenders were top notch!! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo and beautiful weather!!
