Located on bay across from famous Sarasota beach. 5 min walk with private access- cart provided to transport beach chairs/toys to beach
Spacious ground floor unit sits on quiet pond with fountain surround by tropical landscaping.

The master bedroom has a king size bed,with bedroom furniture, a walk-in closet, and generous bathroom with shower doors
The second bedroom has two full size beds also with bedroom furniture and its own bath, with walk-in closet, tub and shower.

The comfortable living and dining areas are light and airy; the kitchen is well-equipped, all stainless fridge/freezer, ceramic cooker, dishwasher. Flat screen LCD large TV's are in each room.
The condo has WIFI, all that is required is your wireless devices.
The unit has a washer and dryer. (frontloading)
There are plantation shutters through out the condo.
We have a glassed in lanai. Hurricane glass!
A one car garage is also attached to the property.

Two heated pools and an exercise room provide on-site activities.
Tennis racquets and balls to play on our courts, new picketball court and the clubhouse (with comfortable seating and kitchen facilities) can be reserved for gatherings and celebrations.
Barbeque grills and picnic areas are also available.
Fishing dock

You can walk across the street and down a path to beautiful Crescent Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Nearby there are abundant opportunities for active fun, such as volleyball, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, or golf…and for the quieter pleasures of shopping, visiting art galleries and museums, or dining at an astounding assortment of local restaurants. You’ll be close enough to charming Siesta Village to enjoy the restaurants and pubs, the shops, the bands and the dancing. Or you can simply slip back home for total peace and quiet.

You’ll be embraced by balmy breezes and delighted by the egrets, herons, and pelicans that fly by or land here to rest awhile. Quiet, private, and absolutely paradise! Accessible by car, or served by the Sarasota/Bradenton and Tampa airports.
