Fantastic home and hosts!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in over the years by far. The home is super clean and beautifully decorated in soothing colors with a spa like feel. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed the awesome back patio and grill. This home is in a quiet gated neighborhood with an awesome clubhouse. The owners are super kind, thoughtful and great at communication. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Comfortable home away from home

Karen and David were friendly and responsive. Their house is nicely furnished and the king master bed was very comfortable. The master bathroom/shower were also very spacious and seem to be recently updated with lovely soft new towels. Overall, a good experience.

We bought this home in Terravita in 2016 when our children all grew up and left home. This year, we realized that we had too many grandchildren for the size of the house and we decided to buy something a little bigger. We still loved Terravita so much that we decided to upgrade it and offer to let others enjoy making memories there like we have. As Registered Nurses, we realize the importance of recharging in a place that feels like home. We want to make sure each guest receives a warm welcome from us!

Why they chose this property

The views from the kitchen and living room of Black Mountain and the Boulders are so nice. The culdesac location gives more privacy, but it is still close to the clubhouse amenities.
