Safe Practices: The condo is cleaned with disinfectant.

Buy Trip Insurance. My refund policy is 30 days out and 60 over Christmas New Years Holiday

WINTER: Walk to everything. Located in Vail Village across from the Golden Peak Chairlift and Children's Ski School. 140 steps to the Chairlift and a 3 minute walk to heart of Vail Village and Gorsuch, Pepi's, Sweet Basil, and so much more!

SUMMER: Close to Ford Amphitheater for The Bravo Symphony Series and The International Dance Festival as well as The Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, all just a short 5 minute walk from the condo.

COVID-19:
My condo is professionally cleaned after every stay. Traveling is a very personal choice these days and the risk/ choice should not be taken lightly.
If you are immune compromised or elderly, please stay home and stay safe.
If you are not feeling well, stay home and stay safe.
By reserving my condo you acknowledge that you understand these safety warnings and take ownership of any and all risk.

ABOUT VAIL:
Vail Mountain is home to one of the worlds best ski resorts. Over 10,000 skiable acres means endless fun in the winter. We may be best known for our skiing but we have become a very popular summer destination too. The incredible climate, low humidity, and countless summer attractions are sure to fill your days and evenings. Hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain climbing, off road jeeping, horseback riding, fly fishing, and rafting are just some of the adventures to fill your days. BRAVO! (a symphony series), the Vail International Dance Festival, and star filled attractions at the Vilar Center fill your evenings with a little culture. Vail Village is a beautiful and romantic getaway. stroll through the cobblestone streets adorned with many bronze sculptures, water features and benches for relaxing. The Village is full of great shops and award winning restaurants. It is a pedestrian only Village which really adds to its charm and character. Stay in my condo and never drive again until you leave! The sun is strong in the summer so bring a hat, and wear comfortable shoes.

ABOUT PARKING:
My garden level condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out only in a gated above ground parking lot. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 & 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out.

ABOUT MY CONDO:
My condo comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot just outside the condo! It is garden level so there are 5 steps down to the front door. There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. Remember, this condo is a studio condo so it's like a hotel room with a "relatively" large kitchen. There is also a 5 drawer dresser and a luggage rack.

The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.

Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, Standard Live TV and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooking range, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.

The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.

If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time.

If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.

I have much pride in my condo and since I live here I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know.

My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know.

As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car.

This garden level condo is best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village!

Sister's Ski trip
My sister and I were at Rene's studio for a short trip to Vail. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. The location is great - short walk to chair lift and a block from all the Village shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well designed making great use of the space. Rene was very easy to reach and very helpful.

AMAZING LOCATION
We had the best time and would not hesitate to come back. The location of this property was top notch and a true ski in/ski out gem. Rene was by far the best host we’ve ever encountered with tons of recommendations for coffee, food, you name it. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Don’t pass this one up! You won’t regret it.

Fall color tour
The unit, while being a lower level unit down some stairs was as described. It is nicely decorated and has a nice kitchen area with most regularly used items for cooking. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great access to the bike trail and to Vail Village. We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Fall colors were spectacularthis year.

I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail since 1990. In my younger years, I was in the hotel business and did International Sales for Westin Hotels. This experience gave me first hand knowledge of what a traveler expects in vacation accommodations. I feel that I offer a quality product for a terrific price and I hope you agree. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. It is such a pleasure to live among the charm that is Vail Village - where everything is at your doorstep. The Village is pedestrian only and there is nothing better than knowing you never need to get in your car and drive anywhere!

Why they chose this property

140 steps to the Golden Peak Chairlift! Free Parking for ONE car! This garden level studio condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, a peaceful setting just 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and bustle. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult and expensive. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Fork Amphitheater and the Bravo Symphony Series as will as the International Dance Festival. (And the owner is a pleasure to work with! )

What makes this property unique

140 Steps to the Golden Peak Chairlift! Free Parking for one car! I work just a short distance from the condo. This makes it easy for me to keep an eye on things and maintain it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy.
The location is fantastic! Walk to everything.
Free parking for one car. (One car only)
140 steps to the Golden Peak Chairlift!
The condo is garden level so it's not about the view - it's about the comfy, clean, fresh accommodations and impeccable location.
