This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is conveniently located off of state route 64 outside of the historic town of Williams, AZ. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and spectacular views. There is an outside covered patio & deck with dining table and a propane BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining. Only 5 minutes from Bearizona , 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Williams on Route 66, ride the Grand Canyon Railway to the South Rim departs from downtown Williams and Polar Express. Kids room is decorated with the Polar Express theme during Christmas. 10 minutes to Cataract Lake, 10 minutes drive to Elk Ridge Ski Resort from downtown Williams, 15 minutes drive to the Grand Canyon Deer Farm, 30 minutes to Flagstaff, 40 minutes to The Grand Canyon, 60 minutes to Sedona the red rock beauty. This home takes you away from the hustle and bustle of life and lets you just slow down and unwind. This is a No Smoking Property.

Great escape from the desert!

Just as described and pictured. Went for family vacation w grandkids and their parents. Fabulous, they loved the bear decor as we were going to Bearizona. Great new year escape!

Christmas in Williams

We were so surprised when we got there and they had a Christmas tree set up! We came up to go to Polar Xpress experience and the room the kids stayed in was all done up in the polar Xpress theme! That in itself was so great and we loved the polar Xpress on Christmas Eve. We had the most wonderful Christmas there, it didn’t snow but that didn’t detour things we had the best time cooked a beautiful dinner we had all the kids from different places we all met together and there was even a highchair and crib for my new great granddaughter! We all played games and just had a really great time together. This is one Christmas for the books!

Fantastic house and owner. Completely supplied with just about everything you would need for a one week stay. From the outdoor grill to cooking utensils and spices, it was all there. Highly recommend.

Perfect for All of Us

Check in process was easy, house was neat, clean and comfortable. House was stocked with everything you might need, and we appreciated that. It was so nice to sit on the back porch and just talk and enjoy the scenery. Property located in a perfect location since we visited the Grand Canyon and did things in Flagstaff. Communication with the owner was super easy. Loved our stay here and we appreciated Arizona so much more than we ever thought !!!
