This is a fully renovated 4-bedroom historic neoclassical-style home that sleeps 18 comfortably in 7 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 pullout queen sofa bed.
This elegant home features all the modern amenities one could ask for. Super-fast internet with 500 MB speed that can handle 30 plus devices at the same time, awesome coffee bar, new split-level air conditioning/heating, gourmet outdoor kitchen, heated lagoon-style pool, heart-shaped spa, and original wood burning oven/fireplace – this home has it all. Plus, just one block away are new lighted tennis and basketball courts!

If you would like the pool heated is an extra $150 per day with a 2-day minimum (not necessary/offered to heat the pool July - September) Please let us know in advance if you want the pool heated to 87 (maximum) degrees. Pool cannot be heated is the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay.

The huge outdoor kitchen with 36-inch DCS gas grill, sink, and bar is a chef's dream. Watch nature as the doves drink out of the 4 waterfalls or have fun playing the cornhole. Lots of outdoor seating, 55-inch 4K Smart TV, wood burning fireplace and BBQ smoker. The outdoor space exudes both elegance, fun and RELAXATION!

Everything was great with the house and it was very clean. The pool is a lovely touch but it does have hornets and yellow jackets nesting all around the back yard and in the border of the pool. They fly out of the waterfalls when you turn them on and they stung two of our guys. They were not happy about that. The house is quite lovely but the showers were all cold and they did not warm up. Maybe one of them was Luke warm but 8 of the guys complained. The hot tub did not warm up either. Everything else was great and the location is right by Deep Ellum and downtown.

Very nice and comfy get away!! Very clean and spacious house...will definitely bring more family next time. Backyard situation and Pool was everything!! Will definitely recommend!

Great place! We were there for a bachelorette weekend. We had 10 total guests. The house is spacious, plenty of beds, pool in backyard is great for hanging out all day. Communication with host was clear and easy! Such a cute neighborhood and close to Deep Ellum!
