We purchased this property in 2007 and is a perfect match for our adjoining very popular 'Beach Recess I' property. You will be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. If you have not booked your ocean front vacation, now is the time.

Imagine waking up in our brand new king sized bed, watching your favorite TV program on our new 40" television in the living room or television in the bedroom, and looking at the ocean front the bedroom. Imagine looking at the ocean from your living room or dining room with your favorite beverage, accessing the Internet with our wireless connection while looking out at the dolphins swimming by and surfers catching the waves. Imagine sitting out on the patio in the afternoon taking in a little sun while reading your favorite book.

Imagine walking barefoot on the beach with a family member or significant other and watching a spectacular sunset. Imagine preparing that special meal, enjoying a candlelight dinner, and watching your favorite DVD. Imagine going to sleep at night with the sound of the Pacific Ocean right outside your window.

While you are enjoying your vacation at our North Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental you will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom (525 square foot) condominium with a new sleeper sofa, chair, mirrors, ceiling fans, dual paned tinted solar glass, skylight, rug, television, dining room table and chairs, bathroom sink, toilet, and bathroom tile.

You will enjoy all of the comforts of our home with a washer and dryer, towels, linens, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Please enjoy the upstairs deck and downstairs patio area for relaxing, barbecues, and casual conversations with people passing by on the boardwalk. Additionally, you will have a designated parking spot.

When you are making vacation plans and truly want a clean, comfortable, complete, and safe condominium on the beach you really need to consider this premier ocean front location. 3rd Times a Charm

This was our 3rd stay at this location. We absolutely love the beach, the neighborhood and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Great eats and drinks are right there. The condo is very comfortable and is complete with all the items needed to make a nice dinner in house if you so choose. We look forward to our 4th stay, we love this place that much.

Mission Beach

Ocean front property with great view. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Two suggestions: update the instructions for using the tvs (the remote control at the property is different from the instructions); and equip the property with a squeegee and window scrubber. We had rain that spotted the windows with no way to clean them.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Loved staying at Kurt and Kelly’s beachfront condo. The beach is literally your front yard, the bay is less than a 5min walk away. Lovely sunsets and soothing sounds of the ocean waves at night. Enjoyed getting juices and smoothies at Funky Lemon and exploring pockets of San Diego and La Jolla… all less than 15 min drive away. Fun times!

Exceptional Vacation

It was great waking up every morning to an ocean view. We enjoyed watching people on the beach and in the water. We were able to ride our bikes to various destinations nearby. It's a great place to stay for two people.
