Maravilla 233-Indigo Flamingo is one of only a few condos with an available balcony. Indigo Flamingo is a super cute 1b/1b condo with an angled view of both the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
This lovely condo has updates throughout, including new flooring, a large kitchen peninsula, granite countertops, stainless appliances and all of the necessities for a fantastic vacation.
The private bedroom has a queen-size bed and ceiling fan. The condo also features twin bunks built into the alcove area and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
MARAVILLA RESORT
Maravilla Resort amenities include 3 pools (1 is heated in the winter months), hot tub, fitness center, covered parking, coin-operated laundry is located on every floor, grills, lounge chairs, cabanas, twister, volleyball, corn-hole, hopscotch, ping pong and pool floats. Maravilla Resort condos make the most of the views - all units offer a private balcony and many offer Gulf Views or pool-side units offer courtyard views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead. Maravilla Resort is located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends, and that is just the beginning all the excitement near this family-friendly complex.
GULF COAST CONCIERGE
Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This condo is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 25 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront.

Maravilla guests have two unassigned, covered parking spots per unit. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Most HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
Some Maravilla units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
ATTENTION: Although the hot tub, Beach Entry Pool; East Pool will remain open, the Maravilla Resort Pool will be closed due to the construction maintenance of building C.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
