Great
We wanted peace and quite. And that is what we got. Loved the river and all the sounds of nature around. Definitely will be returning. I could see this as a twice a year stay.

Great river cabin. We all love to fish for big catfish and have always been successful. The river was muddy be cleared up during our stay.

Very relaxing/stress reliever
We had a great time, enjoying nature on the river. We look forward to staying again, fishing, cooking out, enjoying a cocktail by the fire. This was our fourth time staying at one of the properties there.

Beautiful location
My friend and I wanted a quiet weekend away to just catch up and recharge. This cabin was perfect for that. A little weird that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels but we loved our stay.

About the host

Host profile image
Hi my name is Dale Bollinger. I am a life long resident of Bladen County. I spend my life with my wonderful wife Rocio and our daughter Amanda Belle. I love nature and the river which led me to acquiring this property several years ago. Our cabin was fully renovated by us over the last few years. We are still adding new features yearly to our property.

Why they chose this property

I love fishing and this cabin by the Cape Fear allowed me to spend time doing the things I enjoy most.

What makes this property unique

The ever changing views of the foliage that surrounds the cabin and the Cape Fear River and the serenity of the area. Watching the multitude of wild life. Fishing a few feet away.
