The big fire-pit, two amazing decks, the big jacuzzi, 55” TV, a dedicated kids’ sleep/ play space, with a foosball table, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, skewers for yr s’mores and hot dogs, some paper products, and super comfy furniture create the experience you, your friends and your family dream of. Eclipse Stau

Our family and friends have been planning our stay for the eclipse viewing for over a year. We stayed at the wonderful Cabin on the Creek about 45 minutes from Waco, where we planned to view. It was a perfect relaxation spot that was just a short drive away from our eclipse viewing spot. Very private, very clean, everything provided for family meals. We highly recommend it.

Fun on the creek

The house was plenty big for us and my daughter and grand kids. The game room/bedroom was a big hit with my two grandsons, as well as the TV room. The kayaks were great fun. Did not catch fish, but enjoyed trying.

Great accommodations and peaceful cabin

This cabin was very well equipped with everything you could need. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a quiet getaway!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay. Didn’t check on expected water levels so didn’t have the opportunity to use the boats - disappointed but truly a seasonal issue. I miscalculated the bedrooms so slept on the couch - only two bedrooms downstairs and two sleeping areas above but not actual bedrooms w doors. Had plenty to make thanksgiving dinner and we enjoyed the family time. Would love to stay again esp if a fence is up so we can spend more time in the backyard wo dog concerns. Overall a great place for our extended family of 8 w pets.
