Cozy two story house addition welcomes you for vacation or business stay. Comfortable for two guests and can take up to four. It is a separate space with its own entrance and driveway. No spaces or entrances are shared with the unit next door.
10 min drive to the beaches. Many restaurants and stores within 5 min drive.
Walking distance to Largo Central park.

House addition is new, build by newest requirements of Florida Building Code. Keyless access for better security and convenience. AC can be turned on and off/adjusted independently to different temperatures upstairs and downstairs. Ceiling fans added for better cooling choice during the summer.
Sofa downstairs converts to a queen size sleeper. Queen size bed upstairs. Closets with shelves and clothes racks available in both rooms.

Guests can use a small work space, fridge, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven in the kitchenette.

The property was very clean quiet and ready for guests. A little different than previous b and bs but worked out fine. Would recommend to friends

My stay here was great; no problems at all. Very clean, lots of amenities even though i didn’t need them it was nice to know if i had forgotten anything…..i didn’t need to run to the store. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

Very Cute

Cute little place. Comfortable bed. Definitely not for anyone who has a handicap. It had everything that we needed. Only problem was on VRBO's end. I never received a phone number for the owner. When I tried to communicate, our ETA, by messenger, it would not go through. I called VRBO's toll free number and they contacted the owner for us.
