About this property

Cop Farm has 4 en-suite bedrooms and a main bathroom. A large fully fitted kitchen including Aga range cooker. Large oak table and chairs seating 14 set in galleried dining room with multi-fuel burning stove (coal supplied). Games room with air hockey and table football. Television in most rooms. Outside there is a large patio area with bbq and several large tables and of course the hot tub. Cop Farm is available for weekend and weekday holiday rentals throughout the year with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

Stunning Property & Views

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was an amazing experience. Steve was very helpful with the communication and has provided everything you need in the property. The property is large and spacious, has plenty of room and bathrooms. The views are just beautiful especially whilst sat in the hot tub. Would happily come back and recommend Cop Farm to anyone looking for a staycation.

Special stay for a special occasion

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cop Farm; the house was incredible, spacious and had everything we needed. Every detail has been thought about with this house and it was an amazing place to stay and spend time with friends on my 30th, highly recommend!

Fabulous property in a fantastic location with an excellent host

Stayed for four nights in this fabulous property for a family celebration. 8 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space for all. The location is handily placed for so many attractions and activities (Castleton, Mam Tor, Hope Valley, Monsal Head, and Buxton etc). That said, the property itself is so well equipped, including the hot-tub and has such fantastic views that there's no need to to leave the property if you don't want to.

Isolation and peace

Great property - even better than the pics, Hot tub was a massive hit even given the weather which was stormy, wet and cold. We put the coal Fire on and we’re cosy and invigorated after the dip and immediate walk up to Mam Tor - great location, huge property - loads of space - would Love to go again

Beautiful house in breathtaking surroundings

Cop Farm is an immaculately presented house, perfect for our inter generational get together. There is so much space and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Really comfortable beds and freshly laundered linens. The children loved the games room and everyone took advantage of the luxurious hot tub. The views are stunning from every room and amazing footpaths radiate in all directions.

Cop Farm is situated in a gorgeous part of the Peak District with stunning views and sunsets to die for.

What makes this property unique

Cop Farm is situated on the Limestone Way with some lovely walks on the doorstep. A nice walk is over to Castleton where you will be rewarded with a lovely village with several really nice hostelries !!!
