Close enough to walk across the street to Caddy's Restaurant or Katiki's bar but tucked away far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. There's also an olympic sized walk in pool just a two minute car ride away at the St Pete Beach Community Aquatic Center. Upstairs the spacious master suite has a private balcony with a full bath. There are two other large bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and one with a queen and a full bath. There's also a bathroom on the main level with twin beds in the bonus room.

Sunset Beach is an exclusive one mile peninsula with the beautiful gulf beach on one side and the inter coastal waterway on the other side. Remember the beach access is just steps away from the house. Just bring your bathing suit! You can request a full credit to stay at another time if you have to cancel for any reason.
Perfect for family vacations, small gatherings or vacation with friends. Feel free to barbecue right outside your door on the patio. Sorry, no large parties or weddings on the premises. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $250 pr pet. No barkers please.
It is an easy drive to Florida's many attractions...Orlando's Disney World, Epcot Center, Legoland, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Adventure Island, Fort de Soto Beach and more! INCREDIBLE Location - We Will Be Back!

We had the most amazing stay at LeeAnn’s vacation home and truly felt like family from the moment we were welcomed by Lea! The home was beyond well equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location could not be more perfect - a short and lovely walk across the street to the public beach access, but far enough away from any noise from Caddy’s or Tiki’s. We will be talking about this trip for months to come and hope to be back to LeeAnn’s before the summer ends.

The house was beautiful and just a few minute walk to Cady’s. We got a tour of the house when we got there and Lea was so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location

Loved the location- plenty of parking and right across the street from a beautiful public beach. House was spacious and had everything we needed and was very clean. Owners were incredibly kind.

Fantastic stay

This was everything we wanted. The beach was right across the street, and the house is a short walk to Caddy's, a large playground, and the boardwalk. Large driveway that accommodate three cars. Plenty of space for everyone. Short drive to the grocery store, other restaurants, the marina, and shopping. Easy drive to attractions in St. Pete. We couldn't have been happier.

After building our home, we received Treasure Islands 'Beautification Award' in 2008. Walk to famous Caddy's on the beach or Katiki's for live music. Living on Sunset Beach is truly 'living on island time.'

Why they chose this property

This house was rebuilt from the ground up in 2006. Its in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path but still near everything the tourists amenities provide. Beach goers love to be able to stroll to Caddy's on the waterfront restaurant or visit Katiki's bar & grill. A perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset on Sunset Beach. Come take a look. Amazing.
