Convenience and space you can’t beat

The photos actually don’t do this property justice, much nicer in person. Lord of room, the elevator makes it super convenient for loading and unloading. Communication with property managers very easy and responsive, everything was remedied quickly if needed. Location is perfect if traveling with teens, they have stuff within walking distance to stay entertained. Check in and out process pretty standard and easy. Will totally return and may bring others to use adjacent unit for larger groups.

Location & Luxury

You can't get a better location than this. Walk directly across the street to the beach. Located on the East End of the island which was not too crowded, it was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful and perfect for the ten of us (6 adults and 4 children). My family has requested to make this an annual trip for us to stay in the Napoli Villa.

There are only a few properties that are steps from the beach on Galveston's East End near the East End Historic District. This property is spacious, convenient, has full amenities, and an elevator that makes coming and going a breeze!

What makes this property unique

You'll notice the exterior of this building is different. The owner built it using ICF system (Insolated concrete foam) creating a Tornado/Hurricane proof building. He utilized his lifelong knowledge in the construction field to create a unique structure with unconventional round walls and angles, resulting in a highly inviting and warm surrounding.
