This stay was a complete disappointment. The picture of the rooms was beautiful. This is not at all the room that you stay in. We selected a 2 bedroom and the kitchen was completely outdated. The oven was from the 1970's The flooring had pieces that were missing, scratched. Nothing nice and updated. We needed a crib when we checked in, and four hours later, we still did not have a crib after calling the front desk a total of 4 times. We needed additional blankets, no one would answer the housekeeping phone.

So the pictures don’t actually convey what the facility actually looks like it’s much more outdated the staff was very pleasant making sure I enjoyed my stay however when the shampoo and conditioner were filled with water the toilet paper wasn’t brand new and though it was nice it was outdated
