Great location and large with with a huge private wraparound terrace. The sleep sofa was small and not very comfortable but the king bed was perfect.

We were only at this hotel for one night but that was enough to make me want to book it again in the future! It was so clean and spacious and our room had a super cute patio area. The location could not be more perfect. I will definitely book again for my next CDMX trip!

This hybrid hotel well located in Condessa. The room we had was spacious and clean. Andrea was very helpful. The Starbucks attached was convenient not only for coffee but sandwiches etc. Many restaurants and parks close by. The jacarandas were blooming in Condessa which was lovely. The only thing is the towels were falling apart. Others have also mentioned this in their reviews, so they need to do something about them

nice little big place... rooms are generous with amenities like kitchen and fridge. there is a Starbucks on site which, in a pinch, is convenient, although there are a lot (A LOT) of great places to have coffee and breakfast around. close to a broad range of restaurants, parks, taco stands, ice cream shops, etc. the terrance, tho... what a jewel. a nice and quiet place of respite.

I was so impressed and happy with my stay here! Not only is the property safe, beautiful, and easily accesible, the service from the property manager Andrea was above and beyond. Will definitely be booking here in the future. So convenient to have a Starbucks in there too! Loved the unit… so clean and modern and even has a complimentary bottle of wine!
