The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely responsive and cordial. It is located in a relatively safe area adjacent to the boardwalk. The fees charged are excessive. There are amenities and convention fees charged each day, regardless of your reason for staying there or the inability to experience some amenities due to the weather, for example. The hotel’s parking lot is a few blocks away. Walking there can be an experience when the weather is inclement. The option is to pay for valet parking that uses the same lot. For the total cost charged that included daily state and local taxes, the overall experience fell slightly short of what I would expect of this hotel. It also lacked some amenities that are complimentary at other hotels of the same caliber.

I recommend the hotel offer a breakfast inclusive package option. Also, they should install fogged out sleeves or tarp around the openings in the pool area for added privacy. Folks can peek in from the surrounding street and you can hear noise from the street. Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good and relaxing, especially with the outdoor sauna. The rooftop bar was very nice with great drinks. The hotel has a spa, but I didn't use it this time. Will plan for another time.

The hotel was modern and had really great staff. Everyone was very nice. My room had an AC unit that made a funny noise after it stopped working but I am sure they can have it fixed, I just never happen to call. There is not much parking and I never saw a valet person. Having a coffee shop and restaurant onsite was nice.
