Overview
Zip World’s Fforest Coaster is one of the newest adventure rides to hit the UK and is the country’s only alpine coaster! With this incredibly exciting experience, you will get to take three adrenaline fuelled rides on the Fforest coaster – that means three times the thrill! Take a seat in your self-controlled toboggan on rails and take in the picturesque Snowdonia woodland as you travel up over 300m on the uplift. Hold on tight when you reach the top as you’re about to descend through 710m of woodland with the power of gravity! Weave through the woodland, brush past the trees at speeds of 25mph and whizz round corners in an exhilarating ride! If you aren’t feeling too brave, the ride comes with brakes so you can take it slowly and admire your surroundings. And with another two rides to enjoy, you can always up the ante with each one!

- Self-controlled braking system to control your speed
What do I need to know?- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- This experience is available to book week round but please be aware that the coaster is closed Tuesday–Thursday, November–April
- Minimum age: 9 years
- Those aged 9–17 years must be accompanied by a spectating adult
- Minimum height: 4ft4in / 1.35m
- Maximum weight: 150kg
- Certain medical conditions may preclude participation, please discuss upon booking
- Your experience must be pre-booked
- You should arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking and check in at reception
- During busy periods, you may have to queue for the ride
- All dates are subject to availability

Forest Coaster at Betwys Coed was amazing. I may be aged mid 60s..but loved every minute! You're never too old!! Lovely Christmas gift from my daughter taken advantage of in the summer. Really easy to book when I wanted to.

This was an amazing experience for my 3 grandchildren they absolutely loved it, even mum and dad had a go too, a great adventure for all ages.

Really easy process to book the experience and when we arrived easy check in process. Had a great experience and loved being able to go on the coaster three times.

Really easy to book, called up and organised it quickly. On the day the activity was well organised and efficient. Not much of a queue to register or to do the rollercoaster. Easy to control the cart. Thank you for a fun day!
