Come bedtime, head upstairs to the lofted bedroom in the eaves, where skylight windows let you drift off beneath the stars. Location-wise, this home is pretty perfect. You can watch the sunsets from the dunes at Llangennith Beach – just down the street – or sprawl out on the sand for some sunbathing. Prefer an active holiday? Trek along the coastal path and visit landmarks like the Wreck of the Helvetia (forty minutes on foot) or drive inland to Weobley Castle in the Gower AONB (twenty minutes away). There's one village pub within walking distance and a few more are reachable by car, but overall, this is a quiet stretch perfect for a romantic getaway.
