Perched in Seville's historic centre along a charming cobbled street that's quietly removed from the bustle of downtown, you couldn't dream up a better setting if you tried. Get off to a flying start at Alameda de Hercules square and then the mighty Basilica of Jesus del Gran Poder – both just a stroll away. Then follow the atmospheric alleyways down to the river – with obligatory pitstops for cold beer, churros, or tapas bites along the way. Back at home, the historical apartment building's entrance first caught our eye – its grand stairway makes quite the first impression. Inside, the character keeps flowing with original lofty windows and high ceilings flooding the space with natural light. Set out over two floors, the open-plan, high-style living space is a joy to return to after hectic days in the city – as are those airy and surprisingly quiet bedrooms when it's time to bank some beauty sleep.
