The staff were lovely and helpful and late night housekeeping requests were efficient. Breakfast good quality. Carpet and rooms quite run down and windows not noise cancelling at all but location great.

Good sized room with good amenities. Area is perfect, short walk to Museum station, only 10 minutes from Central. Restaurant food is fabulous, wine list good, though lacking anything in the after-dinner category, such as port. Would expect a pod coffee machine in the room these days, but just the old-fashioned kettle.

24 hour room service was unavailable. Getting in at 10:45 after a flight cancellation, this was one expensive place to stay and not be able to get a feed. Plus nothing in the minibar.
