The pool is heated year round to 84 degrees. The heater doesn't run at night, so in the winter the temperature drops, and usually it's back up to 84 by noon.

Relax in the salt water pool. It has no chlorine and is very good for the skin. Very large at 20x40 feet (6 x 12m). Depth ranges from 3.5 to 7 feet (1.1 to 2.15m). Shared by eight units around a common back yard.

This patio is for your exclusive use. Guests in other units have their own patios.

The back yard is very large and is shared by eight units. It is fully fenced, so children can play inside without getting out into the road. The pool is fenced as well and has child-resistant gates.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler.
