Centrally located two-bedroom apartment (sleeps 1–4) on a splendid Georgian Street in the West End, just a few minutes' walk from Princes Street and the shops and sights of the city centre and Old Town. This apartment is very close to the tram stop for Edinburgh airport. This is a peaceful location in the heart of Edinburgh's spectacular West End architecture.

This holiday home is a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment on ground floor of an architecturally significant building. The street is one of the grandest streets in the West End. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, nightlife and transport connections. The tram stop for Edinburgh Airport is a short walk away at the West End/Princes Street tram stop.

The living room is dual aspect including a bay window with a large leather sofa and leather easy chairs. There's a dining table in the living room which converts into a pool table. The kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware. Bedroom one has a king-size double bed with en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower over). On the mezzanine level -- reached by a short staircase to a break-out area with L-shaped sofa -- is bedroom two, which also has a king-size double bed and an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom has a bathtub (with a shower attachment available). The apartment has gas central heating and the price of electricity and local taxes is included. For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a few steps from the street to reach the main door. For bedroom two there's a short flight of stairs.

Fantastic apartment
The property is absolutely lovely. The location is great and the facilities in the property are also great. Communication with Martin was excellent. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Overall
We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location is in walking distance to the Royal Mile and other sites. Having our own private bathroom was a plus. The apartment is designed beautifully. On the other hand, it really needs a good cleaning. Also, we found ants on the kitchen counter and in the entryway (daily). The main floor bedroom mattress has seen better days. Host replied to correspondence in a timely manner and was really helpful.

This flat was just perfect for the 4 of us! 2 king size beds, 3 full baths. 10 minute walk to the train station, pubs and shopping. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay there again! Very comfortable, very easy! You can walk to old town or easily can it as well!

Great location, lovely flat
The flat was great for our 9 day stay for my family of 4 adults. The living room was enormous and furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was very well-stocked, and the appliances worked really well. Beds were very comfortable. Could not open most of windows in living room, and we visited during a warm spell. A few other minor issues were brought to the attention of the property manager, but nothing worth mentioning here. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great (and quiet) part of town during the August festivals.
